Online Discussion Session: Class meets with Susanne Nyrop and Renata Suzuki. Invited speakers tell their true stories online while students listen and ask questions/give comments. The students will then write their short story to help them organize their thoughts
and to give them ample time to recollect past events. They take turns in sharing their stories in class.

Since we ran out of time, the last activity was given as an assignment. Students were asked to record their voices [reading their stories]. They shared their stories in class and online with Renata Suzuki.

1. In what ways do you think this activity proved to be beneficial to your thinking, listening and speaking (and writing) skills?

2. Did the in-class discussion and online chat activities help you in preparing and doing this project on your own? In what ways did they help?
